The Men’s ministry will be taking a group of 10-12 year old boys camping at Briar Bottom Campground the weekend of April 22nd. Briar Bottom Campground is in Burnsville, NC and rests at the base of Mt. Mitchell. They will be leaving at 12 noon on Friday and will be returning on Sunday April 24th around 2pm. Highways & Hedges is an organization that helps the homeless and needy in Catawba County. Starting April 3rd we will be collecting fans along with can food and other non-perishable food items to distribute to those in need. This will help them stock their pantry and be prepared for the summer months. There will be a list of non-perishable food items in the foyer along with a place to drop
Every week we hear stories about people feeling the love of God as soon as they walk in the door. That’s accomplished through so many incredible partners that serve week after week to create atmospheres where all people can find life in Christ. Pastor Jordan challenged us to 15 & 1 over the next 15 days. Invite 15 and bring 1 to Easter service. Pray 15 min a day and fast the Friday before Easter from 6 am-6 pm.
