For anyone that has signed up to go on the mission trip we will meet the fourth Sunday of every month at 4:00 pm for about an hour in preparation of our trip. These meetings are mandatory and if you cannot attend we will need to plan a make-up session ahead of time. Dates are July 24th, August 28th, and September 25th. If you will not be able to attend one of these meetings, please email Pastor Joseph at josephantley@harvestcove.org
Payment Plan:
* $100 deposit due June 12th
* $200 due July 24th
* $200 due August 28th
* $200 due September 25th (or $250 if apartment lodging)
